Rita truly is one of NSW’s most passionate farmers! Living by the philosophy “Eat good, Be good”, Rita started growing food for herself and her family as she became increasingly worried about how conventional food was affecting their health. Eventually they had so many veggies they decided to bring them to a local farmers market – and the rest is history!

Rita is now known in Manly as the “Kale Queen” and loves to share her extensive knowledge of the goodness of foods with everyone that comes to her stall.

She brings organic, local and fresh fruit and veggies from Kemps Creek to Manly Markets every Sunday.
