Originally from Ireland, Paddy’s yearning for a taste of home led him to start baking with a mission - to introduce Australians to authentic Irish soda bread. After much success with his soda bread, he extended his offering to include treats such as potato bread, beef and Guinness pies, mixed berry and white chocolate scones and gluten free bread.

All his baked goods are made fresh daily, with no nasties or preservatives and they make a conscious effort to source all ingredients locally. All made with unique ingredients, all delicious!
